Finally, Section E describes your liability to Stripe for all losses related to your Stripe account, your agreement to resolve all disputes with Stripe through arbitration proceedings and not in a lawsuit, and other legal conditions that apply to you. Payment settlement services for [account holder, z.B driver or seller] on [platform name] are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which contains Stripe`s terms of use (together the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By accepting [this Contract/These Terms/Etc.] or continuing to work as [account duration] on [platform name], you agree to be bound by the Stripe Service agreement, which may be modified from time to time by Stripe. As a condition of [platform name] that allows payment processing via Stripe, you agree to provide [platform names] accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize [platform name] to share that information and transactional information about your use of payment processing services provided by Stripe. Their use of a payment method may be subject to separate terms and conditions applicable to the payment method. Visa and Mastercard require, for example, that you enter into an agreement with the acquisition of payment methods for Visa and Mastercard transactions. For more details, see C.5 and section C.6 below. Stripe provides payment services through various financial service providers.

With payment services, you can accept payments from your customers for transactions. We may limit or deny fees (as defined below) for restricted businesses or for fees that are submitted in violation of this agreement. In order to use payment services, you must also accept separate agreements with financial service providers, as described in Section 5. d. data transfers. We may share your personal data (as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) with our affiliates or to third parties in countries where laws relating to the collection, use and disclosure of personal data are less stringent or less protective than Australia. If you enter into this agreement, you agree to the disclosure of your personal data abroad and the Australian Data Protection Principle 8.1 (as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) does not apply to such disclosure. To choose a recipient service contract when creating an account, indicate the type with tos_acceptance[service_agreement]: As a result, sellers will attempt to sign OL with potential buyers who require the buyer to purchase “based on the successful conclusion of due diligence.” It is often a confidentiality agreement (or related to it) that prohibits the buyer from using or publishing the information he receives from the seller in due diligence. Termination: You may terminate the contract for Point of Sale device services if you notify Stripe and stop using these services (which you can do at any time), if you provide Stripe 60 days in advance (for any reason or no reason), or if Stripe violates the agreement and does not cause the infringement within 30 days of your notification to Stripe.
