With payment services, you can accept payments from your customers for transactions. We may limit or deny fees (as defined below) for restricted businesses or for fees that are submitted in violation of this agreement. In order to use payment services, you must also accept separate agreements with financial service providers, as described in Section 5. d. data transfers. We may share your personal data (as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) with our affiliates or to third parties in countries where laws relating to the collection, use and disclosure of personal data are less stringent or less protective than Australia. If you enter into this agreement, you agree to the disclosure of your personal data abroad and the Australian Data Protection Principle 8.1 (as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) does not apply to such disclosure.
